Disabling both Patch-Checking and Donation messages

Original sources of information Create a file named .noshowdonationpage in the /Applications/NeoOffice.app/Contents/MacOS folder. 

# Become root
$ su -
# Create file
$ touch /Applications/NeoOffice.app/Contents/MacOS/.noshowdonationpage

The root user has to be enabled before.
